Cold blueberry sky
Mountain dipped in white chocolate
Marshmallow cream clouds

I stare off into space a lot, thinking. Sometimes it's about something trivial, occasionally something deep, but more than likely I'm living out some fantasy or story in my imagination.

This is a place devoted to what's on a man's mind and in his heart, in case anyone wonders whether men still have either one.

"The Tearing Wind" comes from the last line of Theodore Roethke's immortal poem, "In a Dark Time:"

"The mind enters itself, and God the mind,
And one is One, free in the tearing wind."
